The Pershing Square Foundation Supports Global Human Rights with $10 Million Grant To Human Rights Watch

NEW YORK, May 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — The Pershing Square Foundation today announced a $10 million grant over the next five years to Human Rights Watch to support its strategic plan for expansion – its Global Challenge Campaign – and initiatives within its Africa and Women’s Rights Divisions. 

The grant to Human Rights Watch reflects The Pershing Square Foundation’s continued support for social entrepreneurs and innovators in social justice. The gift makes The Pershing Square Foundation a top five donor globally to Human Rights Watch.
